#30Minute Pilates Challenge. Today we are going to double this challenge and make it even more challenging. I devided the workout into 2 parts, so if you don't have enough time, you still can complete the first part of 30 minute workout. I hope to see you at the end of the video. Now, let's start!💚
Let’s do it together and comment when you complete, so you can keep track and we can also encourage each other to complete it everyday. And don’t forget to share with your friends and family to make this challenge more fun. You don’t have to be a part of the challenge to do this, just come as you are and enjoy!
If you cannot join this challenge daily, you can make a goal of completing it in a certain days, for example, “I will complete this one in 45 days”. Or can just do what make you feel best.
